Delivery charges

Import Duties and local taxes

Now the UK has left the EU orders placed by European and non UK Mainland customers may be subject to import duties. Please be aware that we are not liable for any import duties or taxes orders may incur.

Couriers

We use Evri for our standard delivery across the UK and Landmark International for European and overseas deliveries.

If you would prefer your order to be delivered by a different courier service please make your request in the notes section of your order at the checkout. This may incur an additional charge that requires payment before shipping.

Delivery Costs

UK Mainland Delivery

Standard delivery (approx 3-5) working days £3.50

Non UK Mainland 

We will invoice you for shipping on your order.  We are unable to offer free delivery where the weight of the order exceeds 1kg.

Rest of World 

Including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
£19.95 

PLEASE NOTE: Where the weight of an order exceeds the shipping cost charged an invoice will be sent to the customer to cover the additional shipping cost.  Orders will be shipped on payment of the invoice.   

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you wish to return anything to us, please contact us via the 'chat with us' button bottom right of our website.  Shipping costs are not refundable. Returned items must be in their original packaging and undamaged. 

Refunds

We are happy to process a refund if you are not happy with your products on receipt of the original goods. Please contact us via the 'chat with us' button bottom right of our website. We do not offer a refund for returns that are not in the original packaging or are damaged. Shipping is not refundable.

Please note: We do not replace/refund orders where there is evidence of proof of delivery.
